We Use No Digital Printing!

In a world of digital, we prefer analog screen printing.  While almost all of the big screen printing companies out there will only do digital prints for low quantity orders, we’re keeping it old school by continuing to provide quality, industry standard, professional-grade screen printing for YOU!

There are advantages and disadvantages to both, but the bottom line is the digital printing is for amateurs and traditional screen printing is the only option for professional, retail-quality results.  You won’t find a digitally printed tshirt at the mall, so why would you want your custom shirt to be anything less than awesome?  Especially if it’s not really any cheaper to do digital.

Be Careful!

There are a lot of shirt printing companies out there that are trying to trick you into thinking that digital printing is just as good as screen printing.  That’s like saying apples are just like oranges, even though everyone prefers apples, and apples are the only thing that clothing stores sell at the mall.

Some printing companies even call it “digital screen printing”, but this is just another way to confuse you and blur the line between screen printing and digital printing.  They are two totally different processes, and trust me, the only one you want is the traditional screen printing.

Digital Printing is for Amateurs.

Only the amateurs who aren’t really in this game for real use digital printing, sold on sites like CafePress.com or Zazzle.com.  Go ahead and check out those sites – we’re not afraid of losing your business to them because we know we offer a superior product at a better price!  So by all means, please compare us to all your other options.  We only want your business if we can give you the best option.

What is Digital Printing?

Digital printing on garments is a relatively new process for putting custom designs onto garments such as tshirts.  Imagine a giant computer printer, but instead of paper, you run tshirts through it.  Kinda crazy, huh?

Digital printing is alright if you don’t mind a less-than-professional look for your custom shirts.  The upside to digital is that you can print full-color designs for the same price as a one-color design.  And for the big printing companies out there, digital is great because there are no setup costs incurred.

Why is Screen Printing better?

Put simply, screen printing is the industry standard.  It is what you picture when you think of a retail tshirt, whether you know what screen printing is or not.  Traditional screen printing is brighter, the colors “pop” more, and the imprint will last longer than digital printing.

In layman’s terms, the traditional screen printing process uses stencils (aka “screens”) to apply ink to garments in specific places/shapes/colors.

The downside to traditional screen printing is the high setup cost for each order.  However, we’ve eliminated as much of that cost as possible for you on this website.

Because we specialize in low quantity screen printing, you won’t pay exorbitant prices for small runs of shirts.

We’re just about the only ones doing this.

Most other printing companies out there are setup to cater to the larger quantity orders, shutting the little guys out in the process!  We want to cater to those who only need a small quantity of shirts printed, and not make you pay through the nose for them.

By all means, search and scour the internet, we’re confident you won’t find a better deal.  And if by chance you do, send us a link to the other company’s website and we’ll try to match their advertised price!

When you’re ready to order we’ll be here, waiting and ready!
